You are directed to take all steps necessary to effectuate the termination of the employees identified in Appendix A, effective immediately. It is my understanding based on information provided by EOUSA and JMD that these employees are still within the probationary period associated with their hiring processes, and that they were initially hired as term employees at the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Columbia to support casework relating to events that occurred at or near the United States Capitol on January 6, 2021. In an Executive Order issued on January 20, 2025, President Trump appropriately characterized that work as having involved *a grave national injustice that has been perpetrated upon the American people over the last four years.”

While this is definitely good to hear, I have a question: How do they go after the “rank and file” FBI Special Agents and others that committed crimes regarding the events before, during and after the J6 events? We repeatedly hear that “95% of the rank and file . . . blah, blah, blah,” but there were definitely agents that violated procedures and a multitude of crimes.

Still untouched are the DC judges who have been running a conviction factory since Sullivan V. Flynn.

It is also my understanding based on information provided by EOUSA andJMD that after President Trump was elected to his second term in Office the Biden Administration's Justice Department converted these employees to permanent status.

For those still wondering, this is one of the Biden administrations last-minute attempts to "Trump-proof" Deep State. Plenty similar yet to be ferreted out.

Interesting. As D.C. is a unique entity - not a state - I believe those judges all serve at the pleasure of Congress itself. I don’t recall if they’re subject to the two-thirds rule that applies to those serving in the states.

I DO know the corruption runs deep throughout all levels of the District’s judicial system and currently stands as a hemorrhoid on the body of American law and order. 34 Federal felonies made out of the ghost of expired misdemeanors speak for themselves.
