...And right on cue, the Trump-hating media is scrambling—absurdly trying to pin this crash on the president, only to delete their posts like the cowards and hacks they are...One thing’s for sure—this will likely go down as the deadliest crash in DC history.
But seriously—what on earth happened here? How does something like this even occur? Thankfully, we now have a president in the White House who’s asking those same questions. ...

Crash Landing: The Inside Scoop About How Covid and Affirmative Action Policy Gutted Aviation Safety
November 7, 2023 (a year ago)
.
Trump presser on the crash at 11 AM local time.
Watching the long range video, its hard to know exactly what happened but it was ugly.
Using the word “Chilling” to suggest something sinister.
Sounds to me like valid considerations.
This tragedy requires assessment all the way up the chain of command. Trump is right, serious questions needing answers. Maybe we’ll get them maybe not. We’ll see.
Legislators/Hegseth will likely eliminate helo training flights there ....at night at minimum...as perhaps is a good idea.
Given the quality of that workforce of air traffic controllers over the past decade, I would say the problem is the micromanagement of that airspace, as it exists today.
This may sound stupid heck I’m no expert but military helicopters should not be flying near an airport where flights are taking off and landing that to me makes no sense this was an accident waiting to happen heck I’m shocked more has not occurred too many near misses lately
Helo crew wearing night vision goggles it is said.
My son flies same helo for Navy.
2 possible causes are night vision goggles and flying above legal altitude of 200’ ASL someone said.
Agree with Trump 100%
I’ve heard that Reagan Airport would have been closed, if not for the fact that Congressmen prefer to use it since it’s closer to the Capitol.
Trump merely asked questions that any thinking person would ask.
Tragic Graphic..
.
And it's entirely possible the helicopter was piloted by a terrorist. Anymore, we cannot make naive assumptions to the contrary.
Not sure if closed completely but I heard a figure on local news today that the capacity for DCA is 14,000 flights per day and currently there are 25,000 flights per day. Warner and Kaine had wanted reduced flights as it is very busy and noisy for residents and for safety. It was voted down and Kansas Senators got their wish for extra flights which, according to Warner, haven’t started yet.
Pres Trump to make additional remarks, on this tragedy, in about 10 mins/top of the hour.
Will be on C-Spam....other outlets.
Who was manning the helo?
