American Thinker ^ | January 2, 2025 | K. M Breakey

Recently, a fierce battle over the H-1B Visa Program erupted on X. In one corner, the CEO of Tesla and SpaceX, a big believer in the program, where tech companies pay less for non-American talent. Indians (dot, not feather) have been primary participants. In the other corner, the MAGA Base, who believe in America First, and to hell with immigration, legal or otherwise. For them, H-1B was just another cog in the Population Replacement wheel.

Canada is being swamped with "legal" immigrants at a hostile, colonization level thanks to its far-left government. It is newsworthy indeed.

Canada was sold bringing in India would create this advanced economy, now the natural born Canadian can’t get a job at Subway. It’s another clear example of why immigration policy should never be handed over to silicon valley oligarchs. That one is a red line, heck no.

The H1B program removed Americans from corporations in large numbers and has partly enabled anti-white DEI to flourish in the corporate world.

The wealthy are to disconnected from the common man to be involved with their governance.

Importing cheap labor is only making the situation worse by depressing wages and opportunities in the industry.

Also, stripping human capital from developing nations is immoral.

I agree, stripping human capital from other nations is amoral. The current situation is resulting in the balkanization of America and the economic exploitation of both countries.

We have huge unemployment numbers in this country and they are still importing our replacements. The official unemployment rate in this country is a lie.

There is so much “bad” that these immigrants bring with them and seem unwilling or unable to change or adapt to the west’s realities of individualism and freedom.

India, for instance, reveres its caste system and will bring it with them. It is their “duty” to let the lower humans work out their “karma”, leading to one of the most indecent social systems, and the worst poverty, of any country in the world.
Others will bring their history of monarchs, tyrants, emperors, and worst of all, their communism.

I cannot recommend Jack Posobiec (sp?) enough, “Unhuman”. I have never read a better description of communism’s adherents, here AND across the world.

The media, "tech bros" and IT industry "leaders" tell us that we need more H-1b visas to do high-tech jobs because "they can't find enough Americans," "Americans are stupid and lazy," or..

...If anyone ever claims or tells you that H-1b visas do not undercut American workers' pay, show them this chart:

In June of 2020 President Trump extended a freeze on green cards for new immigrants and signed an executive order to suspend new H-1B, L-1, J and other temporary work visas for skilled workers, managers and au pairs through the end of the year.

In the past Trump has been able to unilaterally restrict the issues of these visas. The law has a cap not a mandatory issuance of those visas.

Here are the facts:

Canada: Tallest Hanuman statue comes up in Brampton, to be unveiled next year

The great replacement:

"In the 2021 Canadian census, people of South Asian origin were the largest ethnocultural group in Brampton - accounting for 52.4% of the population. Other groups included those of European (18.9%), Black (13.1%), Filipino (3.2%), Latin American (2.1%), Southeast Asian (1.4%), Chinese (1.1%), West Asian (1.1%), and Arab (1%) ancestry. The city is very ethnically diverse with approximately 60% of Brampton's residents being foreign-born."

The entire West has been taken over by a criminal communist movement and that’s why everything fell apart all at once.

Every H1-B tech job seems to chain migrate 20 relatives that span the gamut from burger flipper to outright parasite. Now menial jobs work in DFW is all foreign born and there are Indian beggars in the Walmarts.

Perhaps a minimum required H-1B pay formula:

$50K (any qualifying degree)+
$10K (for masters, without Ph.D.)+
$20K (for Ph.D.)+
1.6 times HUD one-bedroom fair market rent+
$10K (degree and certification normally commands a premium)+
$10K (employee works with technology)+
$10K uncommon technical skill useful for national defense possessed+
$10K (if prior management or management degree)+
$15K (if project management)+
$5K (employer’s workforce has more than two H-1Bs)+
$8K (employer’s full-time workforce exceeds 10 and is more than 10% H-1Bs)+
$5K (employer is a publicly traded entity, or controlled by one)+
10% H-1B program usage premium+
state income tax adjustment

These would get adjusted for inflation as with tax brackets

Chain migration should require living in the same dwelling and taking full financial responsibility[full financial, torts, contract breach].

H1-Bs should not be allowed to provide a chain migration anchor.

Chain migration should be limited one’s children, spouse and parents with public pensions of sufficient amount for middle-class comfort in their place of pension issue.
