“Meet the Press” host Kristen Welker pressed President-elect Donald Trump on whether he will fire FBI Director Christopher Wray during a Friday interview which aired Sunday.
Trump nominated Kash Patel to serve as the director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation on Nov. 30, despite the fact that Wray, who the president-elect appointed during his first term, has yet to end his appointment. Noting that, the NBC News host asked Trump whether he plans to fire Wray.
“Well, I can’t say I’m thrilled with him. He invaded my home — I’m suing the country over it,” Trump responded. “He invaded Mar-a-Lago.”
On Aug. 8, 2022, the FBI raided Trump’s Florida estate over the alleged mishandling of classified documents in a case since dismissed over the legality of special counsel Jack Smith’s appointment.

Welker was an idiot for this entire interview. 20 “gotcha” attempts, and fell flat on her face every single time.

Actually, Kristen Welker was making Trump sympathetic because he was being unfairly targeted by the Deep State. I don’t think she has realized that.
That’s why Trump loves doing these hostile interviews. They make such fools of themselves.

I loved his answer to this idiot when she violently pressed him demanding to know if he would fire Wray. Trump's response was classic - kinda like, well Something will have to happen given I nominated Patel for that position.....you idiot.
They never do, they never learn, they just double down on stupid, every time, very predictable.
Trump does not need to make this about himself. That just feeds the leftist media frenzy. There are plenty of other reasons to get rid of Wray.
They made it about Trump. It is personal. Retribution is justified

As an aside, she must put on her makeup with a trowel.
Kristen seems to be a rank amateur.
I hate their asses...every single one of them are enemies of this country.
...and if they continue their crap, should be dealt with as such.
The "people" need to stop waiting for the "politicians" to do what's right. That's why we are in the mess we are in with debt and corruption running rampant.

If Trump did anything less than firing the oaf he would not be doing the right thing and would lose my respect. Melania alone deserves the defense of her honor. If anyone invaded my wife’s home and privacy I’d be looking for overbalancing the scales. I might take my time but I’d try to get it.
She may have graduated Magna Cum Laude from Harvard in American history, but she is still as dumb as a box of rocks as far as I can see.
