If by March 31st, 2025 an illegal alien registers at a specified address in the largest city in their state, the Federal Government will provide them with free transportation back to the country in which they are a citizen, after which they will be allowed in the future to apply for citizenship via normal channels without penalty.
However, beginning April 1st, 2025, any illegal alien apprehended will be fingerprinted, photographed, and DNA sampled, will be deported, charged the costs of their deportation, and will never be allowed into the country under any circumstances ever again.
Forward up the decision chain as you see fit.

What about rounding them up and dumping them into Mexico or Canada, whichever was their invasion site, and letting them get home the same way they got here?
If they are anythng like the town where I live, the ‘records’ office, or any other government office that would handle this, is populated (almost wall-to-wall) with Liberals
A booming trade in MORE illegal activities surrounding this plan would be up and running in no time.
I wonder if airlines could add capacity quickly enough.
It would be a hindrance to make them go to the state capitol. Cost and loss of a day’s wages assuming they are working.
Best make it a county by county registration.

Not a bad idea ... the best I have seen so far goes like this:
1) if an illegal self-deports by Jan 1 2026 they may take their cash and any debt free mobile assets with them (car, truck, etc). They willed be allowed to apply for USA citizenship at the USA embassy in their home country.
2) After the date when they are picked up by ICE they will be handcuffed and driven to a staging point to await deportation. Any cash or other assets owned by the deportee will be auctioned off to pay for their transportation out of the country. They will not be allowed back - ever.

The only change I would make is deportation would be only to Mexico via trebuchet over the southern border wall.
Good idea, but I’d only give them 6 months. They need to be gone by the end of July.
This data system would be used against citizens eventually. I have never heard any politician from any party say anything about protecting privacy, except as a euphemism for something very different.
Put a bounty on the holdouts, no tag limit.
I like the idea of a life time ban for illegal aliens.
