Keep hoping! One of my very closest friends used to be a rock hard conservative. Got me into shooting. But she ALWAYS listened to NPR in the car. Never turned it off. And gradually it bored into her. She’s now fervid BLM and the topic we can’t discuss, besides Trump, is Critical Race Theory. She’s obsessed with the parts of her family that were against integration in the south. To make up for it, she’s rewritten her trusts for large amounts of money to go to both causes and the rest to the Democratic party. Poor conservative husband cut off from any decision making in the matter. And I’ve always blamed the change completely on that stupid NPR station playing in her car.
From her lips to God’s ears. I remember, however, the late Rush pointing out from time to time that one reason CPB kept getting funded was the Senators who were told by their wives to keep funding it; I wonder how much that is still true.
And, end subisidies to PBS
Toss PBS in there as well.
