The liberal media has been losing audience since decades ago.
Somebody is keeping them in the air. The audience certainly is not. they can’t be making money through audience size.
Well, ever since odongo made it legal for them to lie and spew propaganda, who in their right mind would believe em anymore.....they’re as useless as teats on a boar hog.
“Somebody is keeping them in the air. “
The MIC is, thru our tax dollars, laundered well and hidden even better.
I truly believe that a lot of the US “black budget” goes to the US media. The MSM is a CIA/NSA operation to control the public.
The News Business is not about the News.
And it’s not really a Business.
It’s government propaganda, paid for, in part, by US tax revenue, to support the Progressive/Administrative State.
MK-Ultra has decided that a manipulated Press is more reliable than LSD.
What about Soros and all those radio stations ,sounds like not a winner ,LOL
We also are paying many millions of dollars to keep PBS and NPR on the air spewing anti-American and anti-Trump hatred day and night.
That should have been stopped long ago. Free political advertising and promotion from a source that would shrivel up without tax millions flowing into it.
The Corporation for Public Broadcasting, NPR’s and PBS’s parent, received $525 million for fiscal 2024.
It’s a cliche, but if we had an honest media. How about a 15 minute segment on CNN exploring the facts behind the “fine people in both sides”, “dictator on day one,” “bloodbath if Trump loses,” “book banning,” etc etc.? Harris would have lost by 10 points. We no longer have to hope the day when the media turns go ost, though, with MSNBC and CNN fixing to go down the drain
That Soros takeover is infuriating. Every station that has a conservative show will be dropping it, resulting in yuge financial hits to the shows and discouragement of sponsors.
When LBJ and his wife Lady Bird Johnson used to share the station ownership of large percentages of TV and radio in places like Texas, it led to the government passing laws to avoid others from doing that.
Beginning in 1950 people had to listen to Radio Free Europe in foreign countries to get suppressed information not on the Communist stations.
It was called “a beacon of hope, leading audiences out of information darkness.”

News and media layoffs keep piling up after one of the worst years since the financial crisis - https://www.fastcompany.com/91035879/news-media-layoffs-2024-list-growing-worst-year-financial-crisisWhen the likes of "TikTok" are trusted more than actual news media, then the country has a bigger problem.
And they never will trust them.
...and all the “public” television stations regularly had beg-a-thons because they were so strapped for cash.
One explanation I remember hearing is that it's the various outlet's "international operations" that are keeping them afloat.
I confess I don't really see how that works, unless "international operations" means sovereign wealth and deep state coffers.
He's as understated in his writing style as he is with his rocket program.
How much of Kamala’s $billion fiasco was media buys?
Liberals watch “their” news religiously and I mean that literally. Scientists say we have a worship gene, like the biological imperative gene, and that we will worship. If a person is an atheist they will find a substitute, and politics (imo) is the most common one because politics is about power. Religion often speaks of a Greater Power.
I’m glad I’m not the only person pointing this out. Sometimes it feels like I am.
Here’s a clue: Who gets all that Big Pharma money endlessly advertising every drug under the sun? Yeah, the corrupt media. Also, I believe the Feds also give money to “news” organizations, and not just PBS/NPR.
