Your family is like mine, in that they are not yet ready to acknowledge what the Democrat Party has changed into over the past few decades. I don’t want to hear how they helped the working man back in 1955. That was a different time, and in most ways, a different country.

I’d love to see checklists — on billboards maybe — with three columns. One with a check as to what actual Nazis did, one with a check as to what GOP does, and with with a check next to what the RATs do. The comparison would be interesting. Confiscate guns. Squelch free speech. Imprison dissenters. Etc.
Even a caveman could understand it.
