I have no connection whatsoever to any sort of pay TV provider and haven’t for two decades. I can watch C-SPAN live streams on any of my Android, Windows, and Linux devices without being logged in to any video services provider. Either browser or app. Yes, of course I am logged into FR. That was an old joke.
The confusion is possibly coming from the url you just posted ending in /networks. I, of course, do not use /networks which naturally is tied into the paid networks.
