On Monday, the Supreme Court declined to hear a case brought by parents who accused the Department of Justice of improperly using the FBI to target them for their opposition to school board curricula or policies, the Washington Examiner reported.

But don’t stand in front of a baby killing factory or the FBI will haul you away with the SC saying that is ok.
I’m just guessing here, but it could be that the Supreme Court is afraid of the FBI. After all, if the FBI can raid a former president’s house…
It’s really a technical ruling, indirectly like other “you don’t have standing” rulings, in as much the lower court said the litigents were not personally the ones targeted by the alleged DOJ action.
well of course they did
As we get closer to our demise they are starting to reveal more of their spots. Anyone notice that when it come to Constitutional rights they are mostly ruling against them? They throw us a minor bone once in awhile to appease us, then turn right around and rule against the Constitution on the important ones. They just ruled that the government owns our Children and government enslavement methods cannot be questioned.
Let me guess, no standing... exactly how does an American citizen not have standing to sue the government?
What good is SCOTUS if they are just idle observers of criminal government abuse of Americans? I give credit for gun decisions but there is so very much more that needs to be fixed. They take up a whole bunch of bull shit cases but leave the important stuff dangling. Lazy.
Well, I think you're guessing wrong.
The reality, whether people want to accept this or not, is that the Supreme Court is not really a "court" at all. Rather, it is the third branch of the federal government, and the Justices are, ultimately, not "judges" dispassionately evaluating situations in light of the Constitution or of "the law," but are, pure and simply, political actors. The Supreme Court is, in effect, a nine member super-legislature, albeit one not at all accountable to the "will of the people" nor, for that matter, interested in any way in what "the people" themselves want.
Anyone thinking that the Supreme Court is somehow a bulwark protecting individual liberty from government predation is a fool.
Uh, yeah, I have.
4th branch.
The FBI has dirt on Roberts.
Or they just dodge them, hide, and let the Constitutional violations continue unabated. But hey, we lost our children but they gave us the most important bone back... Bumpstocks. They made everyone happy because who needs children or other rights if you got bumpstocks right?
NOT a good start to the “season”....long way to go until end of their “work”...I am going to go out on a limb and assume that a lot of their cases this time will involve just such violations of our personal freedoms!! Bless the people who have brought such actions and pray they get relief!!
The lower court AND the appellate court both ruled the same way... the parents suing are not the parents targeted.
What kind of idiot attorney would bring a case without having a client that was actually impacted by the policy to attack parents?
Well at least after Marbury v Madison anyway.
Remember the late great Justice Anthony Scalia and how he was taken out in order to make room on the Court for an Obozo appointed before leaving the WH.
A profoundly incisive and brilliantly stated post. Well done!
What was the vote? My guess is Thomas and Alitto wanted to here it but the tuhree stooges,Traitor Roberts and the triad of libturds voted not to hear it.

Judge Engoron brought the property tax suit against Trump and HE HAD NO STANDING AND THERE WERE NO VICTIMS.
