The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has agreed to hear the RNC’s challenge to rulings requiring counties to adopt notify-and-cure procedures for defective ballots.
The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has agreed to hear a challenge from the Republican National Committee (RNC) and the Republican Party of Pennsylvania against lower court rulings that require counties to notify voters of defective mail-in ballots and allow them to fix those errors so the votes can be counted.
In an Oct. 5 order, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court granted the RNC’s petition for appeal, agreeing to examine whether the Commonwealth Court was mistaken in its ruling that Washington County’s policy of not notifying voters about defective mail-in ballots violated their due process rights. The appeal will also examine whether the court was correct in affirming that voters who cast defective mail-in ballots should be given the opportunity to fix their ballots or cast provisional ballots on Election Day.
The case, which could significantly impact the administration of mail-in voting in the key battleground state of Pennsylvania ahead of the 2024 general election, hinges on the legality of mail-in ballot curing procedures.
At the heart of the debate are changes to Washington County’s mail-in voting policy adopted in April. The county voted to enter all mail-in ballots, even those flagged as defective, into the state’s voter registration system as “received.” This meant that voters will remain unaware their defective ballots won’t be counted unless they take specific steps to verify the status of their vote.
This policy was challenged in a lawsuit brought in July by the Center for Coalfield Justice, the Washington branch of the NAACP, and several individual voters, who argued that the policy effectively disenfranchises voters by misleading them into believing their defective ballots will be counted, while depriving them of an opportunity to...

The next President of the United States may well be chosen by mail-in ballots from “full time residents of” Walmarts, gas stations, abandoned buildings, UPS locations, strip malls and churches with no bedrooms.
It’s time to challenge bogus ballots, from ridiculous or ineligible addresses BEFORE the votes are counted - not litigate, and lose afterward - again.
Common Sense Elections, a group of attorneys, investigators, writers, entrepreneurs, former elected officials, high tech players - built a national platform to publish, on a day by day basis, the ineligible and absurd mail-in ballots - many from Leftist NGOs - interfering with the 2024 election.

Citizens have no idea of the scale at which mail-in ballots are being sent to a college dorm for a person who has been voting from there for 15 years. Nor do citizens know thousands of ballots arrive from locations like a vacant lot or empty building - and they certainly do not know such behavior is perfectly legal in some states.
Note well: Congress allocated $90 million tax dollars to the US Postal Service.....that we know of.......to compensate them for services rendered to voters living abroad.
Citizens living overseas, including members of the armed forces, are allowed by law to vote absentee in elections. In Montana, a functioning absentee system allows them to vote starting 45 days until Election Day.
But this past August, we learned that Democrats have gone global, committing $300,000 to register and influence 9 million overseas voters — even though the federal government says only 2.4 million legal voters live in other countries. That’s 6.4 million votes that Democrats want to find...that don’t exist. The group financing the efforts——Democrats Abroad—— told CBS News that the ballots are “likely to favor Kamala Harris.”

My bank gave me a heads up letter this week about many financial institutions getting tapped all of a sudden.
Keep a close eye on your bank statements.

The ballots come in, are marked as received and then on election day they get processed. if they are not correct then get tossed.
The state constitution bans no-excuse mail-in ballots but in 2020 the dem gov sent out millions of them. Why didn’t the courts stop that?
