Netflix cancelations have reportedly spiked after the streaming platform’s CEO Reed Hastings announced he’d donate millions to Vice President Kamala Harris’s campaign.
Netflix’s rate of cancelations nearly tripled in the United States after supporters of former President Donald Trump called for action against the streaming giant following its CEO’s donation to Harris, according to a report by Bloomberg.

I wasted no time cancelling my subscription after they hired the Odungos for some kind of Netflix production. Didn’t want to subsidize them a dime for that.
I had it for a day. Cancelled as soon as I had a chance to look around, they offer nothing of interest.
People go to entertainment to get away from politics.
(Never had a Netflix either. Never had Hulu or any other streaming service. Did have cable but cut the cord a bit ago.)
I canceled when they hired the Obamas and haven’t missed it one bit.
Me neither. The times I've used it, its been other people's accounts.
Every time I have looked for a title on Netflix, I have been unable to find what I am looking for. Their content is all either mainstream pap/garbage, or Netflix' own titles, in which I have zero interest.
I wish I still had it so I could cancell it again.
And I yet I see conservative talking all the time about what they watched on NetFlix. And those that are subscribed to it are supporting Harris among other things.
I canceled when they hired the Obamas and haven’t missed it one bit.
Anybody who still has a Netflix account after all of their ‘woke’ LGBTQ+++ programming shouldn’t be surprised in the slightest by this latest left-leaning act by Netflix and its CEO.
MAGA !!!!
I just dumped Netflix. They dropped the standard def no-commercials tier and added a regular def commercial tier. It is 40% less cost, but I don’t want to pay for commercials. And the quality of their movies/TV offerings has fallen drastically.
I also dumped Amazon Prime [annual] primarily because they increased the cost for non-commercials mid-subscription by nearly $40. And I don’t order that much stuff, so their prime shipping isn’t worth the $140/year. [Half of my orders took days longer than their ‘prime’ claim.] Their movies/TV offerings weren’t that great either.
NEVER HAD ONE HERE, EITHER.
NO PAY TV since MAY 1993.
DO NOT MISS IT.
USPS has declared that ANY people more than 50 miles from a’ Main Sorting office” will get at least ONE MORE DAY ADDED to their deliveries.
That should PISS OFF plenty of Amazon customers.
In the last days, 3 percent of Americans cancelled. Unfortunately, 9 percent in Europe and Asia signed up. Very true facts. I wish it wasn’t a worldwide company.
I read about that too and am not happy, I'm 200 miles from a USPS "Main Sorting Office."
I never had a Netflix subscription either.
