Trump´s assassination attempt suspect could get away with it; preparation or attempt? Donald Trump after assassination attempt Euro Weekly News

The 58-year-old Ryan Routh, charged for the assassination attempt on Donald Trump wrote a letter months earlier, expressing his intention to kill the former President, court filings revealed.

Letter of the assassination attempt suspect Addressed to The World; “This was an assassination attempt on Donald Trump but I failed you. I tried my best and gave it all the gumption I could muster. It is up to you now to finish the job; and I will offer $150,000 to whomever can complete the job.” This is what the suspected Ryan Routh stated in a letter discovered by investigators in his home.

The letter was one among many placed in a box filled with “ammunition, a metal pipe, miscellaneous building materials, tools, four phones, and various letters.” Aside obsessive letters expressing his support of Ukraine, with criticism of the Chinese and Russian governments, notes were found revealing Routh´s relentless desire to bring an end to Donald Trump´s life.

US prosecutors included the notes in a court filing on September 23, charging the gunman with an attempted assassination of a major political candidate and two federal gun crime charges, including for possessing a firearm as a convicted felon. Routh has been in custody since September 15; prosecutors have argued that he remains in isolation, being at a risk of a flight and posing danger to the community.

Prosecutors also found a handwritten list of venues and dates of Trump´s events leading up to the 2024 Presidential election. On September 30, Routh is expected to plead guilty or not guilty to the charges.

Suspect could get away with it; Assassination attempt or preparation?

Despite the heavy charges, some experts argue that Routh could remain free, or, at least granted a shorter sentence. US lawyer and political commentator, Alan Dershowitz explained to the Press that the case fails to provide sufficient evidence of Routh´s “attempt,” since no shots had been fired. “Based on my experience, I don’t think they have a case for attempted assassination…Criminal law distinguishes between preparation and attempt.”

He emphasised that although Routh´s actions were premeditated, as revealed by his notes and the secret armed surveillance of the former President at the Trump Golf Course, no shots had been fired. “He never had the president in his line of fire, and of course, he never pulled the trigger.”

Potentially driving opposing views, the case remains up to the court, which will have to question, as Dershowitz phrased it; “Whether or not preparing, putting your gun in a location, putting it through the link fence, but not getting the president in the line of sight and not pulling the trigger is enough to turn it from preparation to attempt, and the law is just unclear on that.”

Any prosecutor—any—could nail this guy for attempted murder solely on circumstantial evidence.

All it takes is focus and discipline.

If anyone else here is watching the History Channel nonfiction series American Godfathers, Seas.1, Ep.2 “The Rise of the New Dons” has Joey
Columbo shot three times, once in the head, and killed by a black man in his twenties holding a rented Rolex camera and pretending to just be filming. This was in a huge crowd with lots of security in the Italian American Protest rally in NYC. The black man was named Jerome Johnson. He was then suddenly shot and killed quickly, too. June 28, 1971.

Because mafia leader Joey Gallo had been trying earlier to organize black gangs to unite with Italians since he met with them in prison, it was assumed-—but never proven-—that he was responsible for hiring the phony photographer/killer.

As the now elderly witness cop said “Amazingly, with 25 cops around a big crowd, the killer of Johnson got away and was never found.”

That is incredible.

“He admitted attempted assassination in his letter.”

He sure did. The authorities have it in writing.

This box of stuff with the letter and phones doesn’t smell right. It seems too contrived. There’s more going on here.

Attempted assassination - Seems Routh was as close to shooting Trump as any assassin could be. But for being shot at and being spooked from his nest he was ready to shoot. He had his rifle with a round in the chamber and a loaded magazine in the weapon, a GoPro camera on the fence, and ballistic shields hanging on the fence. I would say he had taken all the step necessary short of committing the act itself. I don’t think he has to shoot and miss for it to be an attempt.

Note that Meritless Garland released the bounty letter on purpose to let others know that there is $150,000 available from the DOJ/Deep State for someone to finish the job. I’m sure he has an anonymous tip line to collect.

Clearly premeditated attempted murder of a President of the United States.

Get a grand jury going in Florida and indict him now.

As I have said previously that letter is weird. The letter doesn’t past the smell test. It is written in the past tense. It’s unlikely Routh wrote it after his arrest. But the past tense is significant if the purpose of the letter is to get the attention of another wannabe assassin. Is the FBI/CIA choreographing/setting up another hit? The letter is effectively a solicitation to ‘finish the job’ and offering a reward for doing so. Is it meant to trigger into action another of their psychiatric programed patsies?

So, this Routh guy must have a TIME MACHINE. He went back in time (couple of weeks) and placed the letter he just wrote while in jail.

This guy who had the letter and other items he SAYS that Routh left with him weeks ago.... Does his house appear as ‘spotless’ as Crook’s parents house ??

If a person is inebriated and sleeping it off in their car with keys in the ignition, it’s a DUI. Routh was a lot closer to shooting than this.

I was concerned this might be the case. However, the fact that he was willing to pay someone 150K to complete it should be evidence that he was serious in his attempt. Give him 30 years.
