John O'Hurley, the "Seinfeld" actor and narrator of the documentary "Watergate’s Secrets and Betrayals," says that the new film about the scandal that sunk Richard Nixon’s presidency finally proves that the former president "didn’t get his day in court."
Fox News Digital spoke to O’Hurley, as well as the documentary’s director, George Bugatti, about their new film which they believe should reset the narrative about the Watergate scandal and show it was weaponized to force Nixon from office in 1974.
"What the film will expose is the fact that he didn't get his day in court. And there were a lot of things that were going on behind the scenes that are otherwise considered illegal and to the point where he did not get fair jurisprudence," O’Hurley told Fox News.

No different than the Democrats treatment of Trump.
Republicans always get the shaft.
Very easy to believe.
BTTT
Dems will stand by their man, right or wrong.
After seeing what the corrupt government industrial complex did to Trump, I realized they had done the exact same thing to Nixon.
And the corrupt liars control the media. *THAT* is why they have presented Nixon as the bad guy.
It’s about time “Watergate” was exposed as the far-left commie gang bang of America that it was. But hey! “Americans” leaned back and enjoyed it. RATS in Hollyweird and the far-left, “media mafia” are now using what they learned from Watergate to lynch President Trump. U.S. residents are falling for it again.
Mr. Peterman?
Bosco.
Anybody that’s actually looked into the history of Watergate should see this instantly but it’s kind of disingenuous.
Like we see with Trump today Nixon was under attack by the Dems (and none other than Hillary Clinton practically leading the charge) and knew he wouldn’t get a fair hearing in the legislature.
He would’ve been Trumped or Kavanaugh’d and tried in the court of public opinion by the narrative and the communist apparatchik Cronkite and, like today, you had RINOs that were going to be happily complicit.
Until he becomes a liability - Biden, Andrew Cuomo.
Yes, I have read the opinion that “they” couldn’t get away with another assassination, so they went this route.
I have thought this for decades. It’s also clear that Obama did a lot worse than Nixon and it all got swept under the rug by a worshipping press.
Even so, I think Nixon helped do himself in. He could have gotten away with it by destroying the tapes, but did not. It was the absurdity of the tape transcripts that made a lot of Republicans weak-kneed about supporting him. But also agree that Dems would stick by their guy no matter what came out.
The Dem powers-that-be in Washington hated Nixon from the start of his political career. He was an outsider... and yes, he was socially awkward and just didn’t fit in. Watergate gave them excuse to hound him from office and put the GOP on the ropes for almost a decade. In light of what has emerged over the years about FDR and Kennedy and LBJ, Nixon was a piker.
Nixon in tape bashed the Bohemian Grove, called it the gayest thing he had ever seen. This is the Bush wing of the GOP. It was a sure sign they were done with him.
I trust J Peterman!
