Buttiegieg cannot defend the waste, so, he has to pretend that it was a good thing, even if he knows that it’s one of the biggest boondoggles in history.

My previous guess for the economic collapse of the United States was in 15 years. Unmanageable federal debt, hyperinflation, etc.
