“Kentucky State Police troopers have located a body”
Actually, some youtube live-streamers found it, following vultures and a stench.

(Warning: somewhat graphic.)
Couch said he planned to delete himself.
They find it right at the end of the 30 minute video.
Lawd. Don’t ever get under them if they’re perched in a tree. 🤢🤮
Maybe a pedestrian, walking along an access road?
Maybe a witness, shot dead?
Is it the shooter?
I agree. Especially since he buys live webcam streams which he then re-streams live on his channel during his coverage.
They have to “lighten the load” before take-off....
One way to beat FLIR, I guess.
You mean be ambient temperature?
Hopefully that’s what we’ve got here.
If the rifle is there, he likely is. As I suspected, the terrain isn’t nearly as “rugged” as described.
Shooter or shootee?
Yeah. He’s done. Looks like he’s half buried in buzzard poop. A winter under snow woulda cleaned him up.

Many decades ago, I was in a car with my aunt, uncle, and cousin. We came up on a wake of buzzards doing what they do with road kill. Instead of them all flying away from the car, they flew right over it and one regurgitated all over the car.
It was simply awful!
This was before there was an automated car wash on almost every other block. The local car wash refused to let my uncle drive any further onto the lot once he got a whiff. We had to skip our plans for the day and instead drove back home to first rinse off and then hand wash the vehicle with the garden hose. We used clothes detergent, dish detergent, and I can’t remember what else to clean the car. Back then, kids had to help with the work no matter how dirty. I think the car still smelled a bit when my uncle sold it a couple years later.
I remember the stench to this day and make sure to slow down to a crawl when I come upon any buzzards in the roadway. I want to give them a chance to fly over to the side of the road before I pass by.
Anyway, if someone is missing in an area, watch the vultures. If the person is dead, they will lead you to it every time.

LEOs usually walk down the animal paths when searching for someone. None venture off the clear pathway and they will walk in groups of six or seven. Of course, they aren’t going to find who or what they are looking for!
Every fall, I hear stories of deer hunters finding a missing person’s body once the season opens. Often the body will be found only a few yards from where the cops have “searched” repeatedly. It’s not that the body was placed there after the search; it had been there all along. Very few cops have any tracking skills. If a dog doesn’t alert on an area, they just don’t bother to actually search.
Just watch a news video from a helicopter pilot’s view of searches of missing persons. If you will notice, they stay on the easy path and cluster all together.
Exactly. Nature always gives signs.
