In fact, they will still use it, despite the fact that it’s connotation is now just a lie, not just emotional manipulation.
The formula (flow chart) for climate change “news” is still in effect.

Good -> Claim climate change threatens it (such as polar bears)
Bad -> Claim climate change has caused it. (such as huricanes)
The climate crisis cannot bear scruitiny. I can’t bear the climate alarmists BS. This bears repeating. The naked truth is barely hidden without bears. The Panda-er of the global whatever’ists has reached critical mass and is receeding.
The Sun is responsible for the temperature. Sunspots are responsible for warming in winter. Even radio training and radio websites have scrubbed the Sun as threat to the planet or communications as was once learned.
I can’t find that image of the polar bear on an ice floe asking “Jon Karry” for “halp.” Which reminds me, we haven’t heard much from our Climate Czar as of late.

I remember those gloom and doom days of the polar bears. I also remember, about 30 years ago when the animal rights groups were saying that “Prairie Dogs were going extinct!”
I just pulled up a google maps photo of our old place in NE New Mexico I lived on as a child. From the air you could see thousands of prairie dog mounds.
Fifty five years ago they were screaming the American Alligator was on the verge of extinction.
They’re all Cola Bears now.
