A Trump presidency will see a pull back from international organizations, the UN and NATO chiefly amongst them.

The implications of disengaging from the UN will strave the beast, and allow this Country to erase Racial/Gender Payola in the form of set-asides, positions designated, etc. Trump wants to eliminate Race/Gender Preferences.

The rest of it will fall into place as the US reasserts herself away from the UN overlords. The UN was designed with a mission for peace and in that department it is no longer relevant.

How about some context, also nothing the UN does can be binding on us without a senate ratification, some democrat presidents may treat it that way but it is not legally binding.

Dick morris had on a fella that is sounding g the alarm who points out that there is some ancient legal issue where a president can do crap like that, and IF the congress doesn’t officially object via majority, then it becomes binding. I’ll post the link to his segment if you wanna hear it. I didn’t explain it precisely, but that is kind of the just of it

Here is the link: I was shocked when I heard it. I had never heard anything like that before. The treaty of Vienna I think it is called.

I think if I recall right that you have some legal knowledge? If so, can you give a listen to the link I posted and explain if that is true or not? Like I told skor, I had not heard about that before, but the fella and Morris seem to think it is in force?

I think you are referring to Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties of which the US is not even a ratifying party.

Basically it is a structure to manage the creation of treaties and give the silly international court of law some degree of authority over the implementation of them.

The whole things is globalist garbage and effectively unenforceable.

As I understand it, it would give signing parties the authority to implement treaties outside of a severing nation’s process to those who are signatories but even then, as I said, it is unenforceable outside of the use of force itself.

Thank you for the explanation. The whole, unenforceable thing though happened during covid and people’s businesses and livelihoods were destroyed even though the mandates were unenforceable, so the authorities know how to smash others into either compliance or ruin them altogether.

I think if a liberal president were to give away our sovereignty, while it wouldn’t be technical,y enforceable, they would protect foreign nations who did infact enforce the “treaty” and smash anyone who opposed them, forcing confrontations and resistance.

Obama got us into some agreement that wasn’t approved by congress and which pres Trump had to get us out of by decree later. Can’t remember what it was now, maybe the Kyoto agreement? States started implementing requirements to fulfill the agreement which hurt businesses who had to revamp in order to be in compliance.

The left are pretty deft at enforcing the unenforceable by way of lawfare, prison sentences, declaring moms who oppose crt to be “domestic terrorists” etc.

Exactly, what you are describing is the left’s willingness to use the power of the state to mandate their agenda, it falls under the concept of the “color of law.”

All of it not legally binding but of little solace when the power of the government is use to enforce such atrocities regardless.

The Who (World Health Organization) has been working on a pandemic agreement for over two years. In the event of a pandemic, we would have to obey whatever the WHO demanded if Biden signs on to this.

A bill that passed by the House, HR 1425 - No WHO Pandemic Preparedness Treaty With Senate Approval Act, is designed to at least get the Senate to approve or disapprove of this agreement. The House bill has not yet gone to the Senate.

Former Senator Michelle Bachman has been warning us about this, probably for about two years.

The World Health Organization is basically involved in a power grab.

Thank you for referencing that article beejaa.

""We Cannot Let This Go': House Republicans Rail Against the UN and World Health Organization"

The question is, why aren't election year House RINOs arguing that the states have never expressly constitutionally given the feds the specific power to tax and spend for national healthcare, Obamacare based on stolen state powers imo, or Supreme Court clarification that treaties cannot be used to expand the federal government's powers?

Since Congress and renegade states have repeatedly proven that they are enemies of the people imo, it is now up to Democratic and Republican Trump supporters to effectively "impeach and remove" ALL (exceptions?) state and federal lawmakers and executives in November.

In fact, it's up to us Trump supporters to take the first MAJOR step in draining the swamp by supporting hopeful Trump 47 with a new, Constitution-respecting Congress, new state lawmakers too, not only so that he will not be a lame duck president from the first day of his second term, but will support him to quickly finish draining the swamp.

Finally, let's not allow the anti-Trump media try to fade our memories of what we witnessed on July 13.

Relax, cowboy.

No one has the authority to “give up our sovereignty”, certainly not Congress or the President.

The governing USSC case (if you go in for that sort of thing) is Reid v. Covert (1957).
