We are spending 5% of our military budget to send weapons to the enemy(Ukraine) of our enemy(Russia), which has led to the destruction of half the Russian military, without the injury or loss of one US soldier. Also in most cases, we have been sending Ukraine old, even out of date weaponry. For instance, the ATACMS sent to Ukraine were built in the 1960's.

That was ten months ago, before the massive losses of the summer campaigns. But also those aren't all trigger pullers -- the Russian army is still not really mechanized so a huge proportion of their "army" are support workers who have to handle logistics... to an astonishing extend by carrying stuff to the front by hand.
