Lots of digging going on now by various people, exposing the H1B hires in the past as nothing out of the ordinary. Routine jobs, that any American could hold, except it’s cheaper to get someone from another country. It’s basically not much different, for the most part, as hiring the border jumpers for cheaper labor. One big aspect is the control the employer has over the employee....that employee had better comply or start packing, or go into hiding.
