All Those Eggs Did NOT increase LDL cholesterol, it actually dropped 20%!
Averaging 24 eggs per day for a total of 133,200mg of cholesterol. That’s one egg per hour every hour for a whole month.
Even though dietary intake of cholesterol more than quintupled, LDL cholesterol dropped 2% over the first 2 weeks, then it dropped another 18% over the subsequent 2 weeks.
Dietary cholesterol doesn’t raise serum cholesterol. This is due to the fact that cholesterol binds to receptors on gut cells & this stimulates the release of a hormone called Cholesin.
The hormone Cholesin binds to its receptor on the liver, called GPR146 & this inhibits endogenous cholesterol synthesis by the liver.

My two grands… Summer 30 & an RN with 2 kids 4 & 1. Second grandson Jayce was killed in motor accident with his girlfriend in 2023. Head-on on with car thief ( in stolen vehicle ) who was going 120 wrong way on Interstate. He was 19 & GF 18
At this time I’m with my son in N C Trying my best to help him with many isssues
It was 20 years ago or so we were on ATRW..we followed the kids/parenting/ laughs and tears of the youngsters of you, Jemian, Lysie, Mozie and a few others. Now those kids are grown with jobs and families and often moved away

I had a terrible sinus headache yesterday. Came home from the Christmas get together took a Musinex and was out like a light at 9:00 p.m. Woke up at 12:30 a.m. and saw your posting. Now drinking Camamile Tea YUCK! hoping I can go back to sleep.

mRNA vaccines have reached the pork industry and here’s what they’re not telling you. So all across the US pork can be vaccinated with the MRNA vaccine and not be labeled on the packages that you were buying in the grocery store.
So we have no idea what pork has been vaccinated, what pork hasn’t been. My best advice to get around this is find a great local pork dealer, go directly through them, and as always guys, buy American and buy local.

Jack was pushed to get a new job as the “Boss” said she was sick of winter and had a friend in the Atlanta area. It was during the pandemic and Jack was exposed to Covid (Although he didn’t get it) and I suggested that he network with people he knew. One of them he had worked with had changed companies and he got an interview with Rooms to Go. The rest is history and he moved his family (Wife, step-daughter and two sons) down there about three years ago.
I took a trip down there, towing our box trailer once they had a house. We had taken in their dog and two cats (I lived with them in the RV) and so they four of us drove down there. I had given Jack my Shopsmith and attachments and a beautiful work bench that my late Dad had made in the ‘70s.
Now, of course, the Wife is missing her family and New Hampshire, but Jack likes his job.

Now that Trump has won, they are revising all of their numbers during the Biden administration.

There was also a revision of 800,000 jobs from last year. They falsified the data to try to help Biden/Harris. They will likely spin the economy negative now that Trump is President.
