Well 5 weeks and 2 days after my accident I have a rental vehicle. Missed 9 medical appointments and procedures between both my son and I. Including my eye surgeries. More
I am however, going to be extremely spoiled, I went from my 2004 Toyota sienna XLE to a 2023 Chrysler Pacifica Limited
The paltry sum I’ll be receiving— don’t know amount yet but thinking I might be able to get a nice bicycle
For someone who does not like to learn to use the remote control for the TV this is like 30 remote controls and I was turned loose in an area in Winston Salem that I positively detest to drive in . Busy, rude drivers, near ghetto area with awfully bad drivers and work traffic.
The agent gave me a quick lesson but I forgot most. I was hoping for a 10 Year old banged up rental- not super loaded one close to 50K
was just holding my breath I would not be crashed into five minutes after I drove the vehicle out of the Enterprise lot
But made the 30 mile drive home -(did figure out GPS) with two quick stops -Vapes for Jeff and John Browns Pizza (Hunts - sold nation wide) for Jeff which stretched the white knuckle event longer than the actual trip home

Correction cancelled/missed eye surgeries were scheduled early November n early December
