I have long been a fan of NCIS throughout its transmogrifications. But Monday’s night episode refers to the McGee’s false facial hair as “sideburns.” While it does fall in the broader category of sideburns, it more properly should be called “mutton chops.”
I never did like mutton chops.

Looking at them, they have adjusted just fine. I think it was right to send them and keep Winter. She’s a lot more shy. And her vision is a lot worse than we originally thought. Cats are remarkably good at working around limited vision, even completely blind. I hear they have a really hard time if they lose their hearing. So Winter had us fooled for a while, she memorized the layout of the rooms. Smart girl! It was only when I bought a laser light that we realized she couldn’t follow it very far.
Thanks spunky. Yeah I figured out I need to pressure can it, although that might severely mess up the consistency or something.
Or perhaps I will do nothing. It does seem to last a long time as long as I don’t expose it to air.

I think it’s chicken stuff that the senators are going to vote by secret ballot. What cowards! After Trump survived two or three assassination attempts, fought everything in his way to get elected, these cowards are going to hide behind closed doors.

I’m sure she does because she has nobody to play with. But she has quit looking around for him. It was nice in the video to see him playing with another cat.
Winter does try to get Cadbury to play, she gets really excited when he comes inside and she will jump on him. He just keeps walking as if he doesn’t notice. If she won’t stop then he will hold her down for a while until she cries like a girl. And then it all starts over again.
I feel sorry for Winter but she’s in a better place than if she was still in the forest. She does like to play with my feet though. I let her. I guess I’m going to have to explain all these scratches on my ankles when I go to physical therapy for my Achilles tendon.
Does the consistency or anything change? Of freezing the cream cheese that is.

we tried freezing those big packs of sliced cheese from Costco, doesn’t work, cheese breaks apart, no longer flexible.
You are welcome. I am mildly conflicted with deleting the ad links — on the off-chance they might be real news articles. But, there is nothing to stop someone from going to NNN and checking it out for themselves. I think those who are saying these things really are concerned and are sounding what they think is an alarm. OTOH, I’ve been hearing the alarms all my adult life. I give it less credibility than I do tornado watches.

I’m glad to see Melania stiffing fake Dr. Jill for the WH visit tomorrow. She’s citing the raid on her home by these heathens as the reason. No kidding. Why would she go and put on some phony polite routine after what they did. Good for her.

Cotton, I agree and that is exactly why I do it. I’m not stopping anyone from checking it out for themselves. I just don’t want to encourage it.
