They filed for an emergency ruling. Time was running out.
The outcome was obvious to me as well, but the decision was 6 - 3. Maybe you, Spunky and I should replace those dimwit lefty women on the SCOTUS. Well, two women, and one who doesn’t know what she is because she’s not a biologist.

It is all mail in meaning we have NO polling places to go to. They have made it postage free so you can use the USPS without paying or the drop boxes in certain areas. Some years back you had to pay the postage so I think that is when they put up the drop boxes.
Apparently he has only built the test tunnel.

That’s nuts, I don’t see how they could even rationalize that people that shouldn’t be here should vote. How about have the whole world vote then. Since it doesn’t matter if they have citizenship.
At least the Supremes are willing to look at election interference this time. They were such a disappointment four years ago. A state that didn’t have cheating didn’t have standing complaining about a state that did cheat, and so they were disenfranchised. So they were saying cheating is fine...
Imnot making the mistake of going to bed the night of the election again. I made sure to have no appointments or plans for the 6th.

Here is another part of that law suit.
“The initial lawsuit was filed by two voters in Butler County, north of Pittsburgh, who initially submitted mail-in ballots. But they didn’t enclose their ballots in the secrecy sleeve before placing them in an outer mailing envelope. A machine scanner identified that problem and the voters received an automated message alerting them that their vote would not be counted.”
Funny thing is. I read on my instructions that “if you forget to put your ballot in the secrecy sleeve, don’t worry it will still be counted. Every state does their own thing.
