Democratic vice presidential candidate Tim Walz blamed his “passion” for his exaggerated claims of carrying “weapons of war … in war” when asked to address the controversy Thursday in CNN’s interview with the Democratic ticket.
The Minnesota governor and 24-year National Guard veteran made the comment suggesting he had combat experience in an anti-gun violence video in 2018, which recently resurfaced.
I speak candidly. I wear my emotions on my sleeves, and I speak especially passionately about about our children being shot in schools and around, around guns,” he told CNN’s Dana Bash. “So I think people know me. They know who I am. They know where, where my heart is.”***

Where his heart is.......a dark pathetic place where stolen valor is OK.
we get it
by any means necessary
Don’t watch the clips. You will lose brain cells.
candidly (adverb) — in an honest and straightforward way.

I will neither lie nor cheat nor steal nor tolerate anyone who does.
He isn’t seeking the sort of positions that men who are too emotional should seek.
Is “passion” also why he had Minnesota schools put Tampax dispensers in the boy’s bathrooms?
“Do not put mouth in gear until the brain is fully up and running.”
If this precaution is not followed, failure is not an option. Failure is GUARANTEED.
His speak lacks candor.
I’m old school. He’s a lying SOS.
What a fancy way to say, “I lie about everything all the time.”
And why lie about his service rank?. He had a very honorable record. Anyone who serves regardless of rank can be proud regardless of their rank. From Private to General. Why lie?
Oh yeah. Democrats lie about everything all the time.
He had a challenge coin struck with the CSM rank on it. That’s deliberate.
The latest spin I’ve heard on that one was that visiting girls sports teams were using the boys locker room to change. Not sure how extensive the program was...if all the boy’s bathrooms had tampon dispensers, or not. Sounds like a dodge.
I don’t think that word means what he thinks it means.
He didn’t go to any of the Service Academies, so he has an out.
(Not that I did either. I just know some who did, and are wonderful people that followed the school motto.)
And, he had tons of time to correct the ...
...clear THEFT OF VALOR...
...did he not?
(Asking as a Veteran who has never made a claim that I've carried weapons of war in a war because he has so very much respect for those who have.)
So “speaking candidly” is lying.
Perfect Democrat.
