A Kentucky man who was the first known person to breach the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, has been sentenced to more than four years in prison.
Michael Sparks, 47, was convicted in March by a federal jury in the District of Columbia on all six charges that he faced, including two felony offenses of obstruction of an official proceeding and civil disorder.
On Aug. 27, U.S. District Judge Timothy Kelly sentenced Sparks to 53 months in prison and fined him $2,000.

You are the worst kind of sheep. No independent thought. You just suck down what is fed to you. Disgusting.
The FEDsurrectionists broke the windows. All a honey trap for patriots.
SIC SEMPER TYRANNIS
Has he been in prison for 3 years already?
“So what you’re saying is, no doors or windows were broken, no protestors used bear spray, and no police were assaulted? (None were killed, we know that.)
Is that what you’re saying? People just opened up unlocked doors and walked into the Capitol that day? That’s what happened?”
What happened was the deep state government goons, like in the Federal Bureau of Instigators, embedded within the MAGA crowds (a fact that we know now), people like Ray Epps, instigated and encouraged the crowd into doing things that they shouldn’t have done. But it was the left using the emotions of the day to get their opposition to screw up and act out. The ones that were inside the building and just walking around that I saw were waved in by police. They didn’t “”break in””. They were invited in.
Many entered peacefully and are on video doing so. If this man entered through a broken window that is different. Four years is insane and disproportionate though.
“Those who were involved in the vandalism were the ones who didn’t go to the Trump speech but were there from the beginning, like the Black Lives Matter videographer than CNN paid, etc. It would be interesting to know if this guy had any connection to Epps or had been in protests elsewhere in the country on either side.”
You can bet that our corrupted, compromised “intel” agencies know exactly who the ones that have been arrested and jailed without due process had connections with. Nobody associated with the left, IOW. And you can also bet that none of the ones jailed without due process had ANY connections to any real anarchists. The real anarchists (Read: Deep State plants and Antifa, BLM, etc.) skated free.
“This guy used poor judgement, which shouldn’t get you 4 years.”
Even if he had been caught “on camera” breaking a window to get in, that’s vandalism that never got any Antifa or BLM members jail time.
Was he in jail this whole time dreading his trial? Or outside this whole time dreading his trial? So, eight years for entering the building.
The first ones didn’t but many others did.
Like Pelosi's ripping up Trump's SOTU speech?
Trump Supporter: "No. I wasn't even in DC that day."
FBI Agent: "Did you watch the Insurrection on TV?"
Trump supporter: "Yes, some of it. It was on every TV station and you couldn't get away from it!"
FBI Agent: "Comrade, you are under arrest. Get on your knees and place your hands behind your head!"
If you vote[d] for Trump, you are an enemy of the Administrative State.
Did he enter through the 2 ton magnetic-lock doors that could only be opened from inside?
Goes back to the old saying, you steal a dollar, I steal a dime, you write a book and I do the time🤬🤬
The government always wants its pound of flesh.
That has always been my thought on this. The Congressional building is owned by the public. So wants wrong with going inside?
Anyone remember the insurrectionists who tried to stop Trumps inauguration in 2017? Pass this around: ALL charges dropped for ALL involved, this is never ever talked about......
