Ron DeSantis spoke this morning in a press conference to adress concerns about Kamala Harris' plan to tax unrealized gains, and he didn't hold ANYTHING back.
Video at link
We wouldn’t need a tax increase if Harris and Biden weren’t spending $183 billion a year subsidizing illegal immigrants.
What would be the annual cost of building a proper border wall and properly manning it?
Absolutely true!
Wow, what an excellent and easy to understand explanation of her tax policy. He is brilliant.
Except how many Demonrats actually pay income and capital gains tax? Most of those people are net takers, not contributors.
San fran nan & her front running hubbie will never allow them to tax unrealized gains on their stock trades
(Along with the rest off the congress critters trading on inside information)
Ron DeSantis has been doing a great job in recent months.
No low inf voter will ever see this video since it will never me on mainstream channels. They will never go look it up on a “conservative” site or one like youtube.
I want to see them pay us for unrealized capital losses.
Yes, that’s the result of the Democrat-controlled Pravda USA.
Rush used to call them “State-run media” and he was exactly right. Only it’s 100 times worse than when he called them out on it.
ron desantis has been doing an outstanding job for us floridians for over 4 years...
"Ron DeSantis has been doing an outstanding job for us Floridians for over 4 years . . . "
BTTT
I am guessing about 1/3.
This nutty plan should be pounded daily. There won’t be help from Media so just find a way to insert it as a regular talking point.
You’re probably close, and that’s my point. Defending against this invasion is, by every measure, less expensive than enduring it.
Pardon me for giving him kudos.
I thought I should because I was very unimpressed by his presidential run tactics. It’s only fair to praise when praise is due especially when you have given criticism.

As a side note to this thread, please consider the following.
When oppressed Democratic and Republican taxpayers support hopeful Trump 47 with a new, Constitution-respecting Congress in November, they also need to elect new state lawmakers who will put a stop to Congress's ongoing abuse of its 16th Amendment powers (direct taxes) by repealing that amendment.
"16th Amendment : The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived [emphasis added], without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration."
"Congress is not empowered to tax for those purposes which are within the exclusive province of the States." —Justice John Marshall, Gibbons v. Ogden, 1824.
“If the tax be not proposed for the common defence, or general welfare, but for other objects, wholly extraneous, (as for instance, for propagating Mahometanism among the Turks, or giving aids and subsidies to a foreign nation, to build palaces for its kings, or erect monuments to its heroes,) it would be wholly indefensible upon constitutional principles [emphases added].” — Justice Joseph Story, Commentaries on the Constitution 2 (1833).
The congressional record shows that Rep. John Bingham, a constitutional lawmaker, had clarified the federal government's constitutionally limited powers versus the 10th Amendment power of the states to serve the people as follows.
”Simply this, that the care of the property, the liberty, and the life of the citizen, under the solemn sanction of an oath imposed by your Constitution, is in the States and not in the federal government [emphases added]. I have sought to effect no change in that respect in the Constitution of the country.” —John Bingham, Congressional. Globe. 1866, page 1292 (see top half of third column)
“Cherish, therefore, the spirit of our people, and keep alive their attention. If once they become inattentive to the public affairs, you and I, and Congress and Assemblies, judges and governors, shall all become wolves [emphasis added]. It seems to be the law of our general nature.” - Thomas Jefferson (Letter to Edward Carrington January 16, 1787)

people that criticize ron desantis are willfully ignorant... you should worry about your governor and how they’re running the state you live in...
You are the arbiter of right and wrong. Your aggressive intolerance of viewpoints other than your own is the essence of bigotry.
