. Judges do to not make ‘claims’ that is the role of the lawyers and persecutors such as Smith. Judges make decisions and issue formal opinions based on the claims made by others.

Only a corrupt judge could think to overturn a ruling as solid and well-supported as Judge Cannon's dismissal--wasn't it 92 pages of legal pith?--in favor of the totally loosey-goosey argumentation Smith put forth (above) for his appeal.
There is no law in that "argument," only a water fountain comment by a noobie paralegal.

Exactly. Even an appeals court reversal just sets this up for the Supreme Court. Given their constricted view of administrative powers not set forth in law this is far from a slam dunk. And if Congress doesn’t like it they have a remedy. They can reenact the special counsel act which they chose to allow to expire.
Shouldn’t that read: Illegitimate Special counsel Jack Smith ?
