I have been looking into diet seriously due to wanting to improve my health and fitness.
I have read several articles about many food additives in food here in USA that are not allowed in food in many other countries. That got my attention. I have also seen charts about our children being down the charts in being healthy. Looking into it myself I have to wonder why we don’t hear more about the trends and possible connections, solutions.
I was fully vaccinated as a child, according to what was recommended at the time. I also followed recommendations with my children. As grandchildren arrived I was shocked at the number and amount recommended. It just didn’t seem right to me to give babies so many different shots. I have been uneasy about the obviously upward trend of more and more vaccines.
I do feel strongly that the quality of our food and vaccine recommendations need to be openly and honestly addressed. Health should not be a political issue, and the only way I see to fight that is to shine the light on the whole process.
I hope that your health improves. I have also looked into the pharmacy issues, since my husband and I have several health issues for wich we have prescriptions. Again we need to bring all these issues out in the sunshine.
Manchin is a big phony. He never one time voted with Republicans when his vote made a difference. He just sided with them when it did not flip the vote to get reelected

polly! I actually haven’t seen you in ages. I don’t hang out anywhere and only frequently respond to something. I still recall the old days but I am now really in the OLD days. I retired at 85 when my husband passed. I’ve lived to 90 and birthday coming up in Dec.

If you have an opportunity please go to YouTube and look up Barry Cunningham: the title of his talk is “Breaking down the real impact of RFK Jr endorsement of Trump.” It will blow your mind. REASON Why the rat party completely ignored RFK Jr candidacy. This guy IS a danger to the DC swamp establishment. Oh my goodness I had no clue! It has to do with the assassination of his uncle, his dad, and King. RFK Jr has receipts. It is Phenomenal. It’ll give you an idea how powerful the FBI, CIA and the DOJ ARE to this day. Now I know why they removed the SS agents from guarding him today…They’re going to try to do a John F Kennedy on him! Keep him in prayer they’re gonna apply every which way possible to pressure him, his wife,his children to force him to recant his endorsement and drop out completely from the political scene. 🙏🏻 for protection upon him and his family.
