Now that you’ve pointed it out, I recognize those words.
They come straight out of a Corporate Leadership Manual!
I had to take a class at a place I used to work waaay back in the 80’s and those exact phrases were in that manual!.
It’s all gobbledygook to impress lower ranking employees and make you sound waaay more intelligent so they won’t question your authority!!!!!
That speech was written practically right out of that book!.............
That crap is so pervasive that it has to be part of the indoctrination.
