A number of large-bladed "zombie" knives have been handed in to a Welsh police force before legislation makes them illegal to own.
North Wales Police shared an image of the knives, which were handed in to officers in Caernarfon, Gwynedd, for destruction.
From 23 September, it will be a criminal offence to possess zombie-style knives and machetes in the UK.
An official Home Office "surrender period" will be in place from 26 August to 23 September, during which time financial compensation will be given for each knife handed in.

It already is against the law to harm an attacker, even so much as to touch one or push one or hold one for the cops.
When knives are outlawed only outlaws (or muslims) will have knives.
I have several of these which are well kept. And a few others rusting outdoors near where I may need them. What are the land surveyors going to do without these useful tools?

Knife guys are an interesting breed.
saw one of those at a local pawn shop. very cheaply made, only 20 bucks. Sales lady offered it to me for 15 out the door. complete junk, I passed.
In Blighty they throw you in jail for walking around with a Swiss Army Knife in your pocket.
Here is the next tactic to disarm citizens. They got rid of the guns, now they go after “zombie” knives. Create a scary-sounding name so people think they should be banned. Next they’ll be going after killer fingernail clippers.
The fantasy knife guys are weird. The girls, too.
