Shortly before midnight on Monday evening, Joe Biden finally took the stage at the DNC. Billed as his "final speech" and a tribute to his career, the failed president, who dropped out of the race in July, was nothing new. Instead, his time behind the podium was incredibly typical, with lots of angry shouting and repeating the same old lies. If you watched his last State of the Union, you've heard it all.

I am pretty sure you are quite correct and I imagine the words 25th amendment were thrown in there should he not see the light and withdraw from the election. Frankly I’m surprised Kamala hasn’t tried that yet as that is the only way (with God’s help) that she will ever see herself behind the big desk in the the Oval Office.
