I was voting for Palin, not McCain, when I voted for that ticket. Had McCain picked Joe Lieberman, his first choice, as his running mate, I would have gone fishing on Election Day.

They are literally making up stuff about him having sex with couches and reposting high school yearbook photos (that make total sense in context) as evidence that he’s ‘weird”. It’s being partially successful. Not the “weird” label, which I think is some buzzword the Dems are using this cycle due to bad advice from someone. But some of the lies are working and catching on.
Make sure that when defending him you don’t fall for those lies. I’ve seen FReepers unknowingly repeat the couch stuff as if it were a true story. It’s not. Totally made up.
