On Friday’s broadcast of NewsNation’s “The Hill,” Rep. John Garamendi (D-CA) stated that 2024 Democratic presidential candidate Vice President Kamala Harris “did what she was supposed to do” with her assignment on the border.
Garamendi said, “I think she has a very, very good argument to make on the border. This border czar issue is just incorrect. She was given a very specific task of dealing with the Central American countries. She got about $5 billion into those countries and a very, very significant reduction in the number of asylum seekers leaving those countries. So, in that sense, she did what she was supposed to do. Going forward, yeah, immigration is going to be an issue. But, frankly, the Republicans and Trump have a very severe problem. The bipartisan bill…border guards, dealing with the necessary processes of those people, also providing ways of shutting down, all of that was in the bipartisan bill. And guess who killed it? Donald Trump, all by his little lonesome, killed that major effort and the billions of dollars that were going to be spent to shore up the border. So, he has a vulnerability. When it comes to that debate. I will guarantee you she’ll put that right back in front of him and say, why did you kill the bill that could have made a major effort into solving the problem?”

After four years, they towed it out of the shop and spent his money buying hookers and crack.
He thought it was wonderful to see so many happy whores and drug dealers.

She was put in leadership position for the border with a team of other border folks and it wasn’t just to give money. A leader looks at all the facts and causes and directs a team to fix problems and come up with solutions. All she did was throw money at the countries. She didn’t even meet with the border head chiefs after they requested many times.
Sure. She did nothing. She was supposed to do nothing. It was a sham from the beginning. But the friendly media dubbed her “immigration czar,” and now she has to live with that title and the mess that the Biden/Harris administration created.

Garamendi used to be a bluedog democrat now just a big lefty. He was pandering for votes outside my high schoolalmost 50 years ago when I was 17. I was an hunter so I asked him alot of questions about guns and hunting he was very pro gun at that time growing up in the foothills and his family involed in agriculture, now he just a sorry socialist, he must be acient by now.
So far you are only one to catch what I was alluding to, she’s fantastic about following orders and knowing her place and advancing her career
