Rudninkai training ground is an existing Lithuanian military base, going back to 1948, of roughly 65 square miles, about 20 miles south of the capital, Vilnius.
Rudninkai is being upgraded to allow stationing of a German armored brigade.

And your issue with this is what, exactly?
