Congress determines the size of the Court. In 1869 Congress set the number at 9. However, Congress could set it a 3 or 23.

As far as term limits and ethics legislation, not Constitutional.

He’s already advertising that the constitution will be what they say it is. They will take over the Supreme court and then it will rule on constitutional issues as the democrats see fit.

No more 2nd Amendment.
Open borders
Anything else on their wish list.

It truly will be the end of the great experiment of the USA.
