Joe Biden is the most activist president ever on gun control, putting thousands of gun dealers out of business by the middle of last year for trivial paperwork mistakes. He used government regulations to “debank” gunmakers and dealers, and those that survived faced higher costs. The Biden administration has also put together a national gun registry. But a President Kamala Harris would be even worse for gun ownership.
During the 2020 presidential campaign, Harris ran to the left of Biden on gun control. While both supported an assault weapons ban, Harris wanted to force gun owners to sell to the government any firearms that she deemed undesirable. Harris went further than Biden in vowing to use executive orders if Congress did not pass the ban. The national gun registry makes this mandatory gun confiscation more doable.
Harris pushed for gun control this week in her first campaign speech as the presumptive Democratic nominee. And she has a long history of pushing for gun control. In early 2008, Harris argued for the constitutionality of gun bans in an amicus brief to the U.S. Supreme Court. She claimed there is no individual right to self-defense. . . .

Good discussion, Harris is a clear threat to our 2nd Amendment rights. But will traditionally non-voting gun owners register and vote? By some estimates only 60% of gun owners actually register and vote. Imagine if they did, that would clear any cheatable margin.
It’s time to retire this right wing boogeyman. They trotted out the same line with Obama and with Biden. What really happened was an increase in gun ownership and a pro-Constitutional SC. The 2nd isn’t going anywhere...

One of Harris’s first action after taking the oath to defend the constitution is to attack it.
They should be reminded that their incentive is huge--with a bimbo running for office who, if she [God forbid] is helped enough by fraud to be declared the winner and [God please, please forbid] some malformed arm of the government is permitted to do what the bimbo says she wants. Which would be for FedGov to be empowered to claw back weapons you have owned safely for years just because some ditz has woken up this morning and decided they should be confiscated.
Democrats don't do due process, and hate the Constitution and the Declaration like poison.
Pass all the laws you want, nothing is going to stop a determined psycho from killing someone with a gun or just a pencil. Only the bad guys will have guns, so when the stinky stuff hits the fan call 911 and tell the bad guys to just hold on.

Kamalamadingdong wrote the draconian and completely unconstitutional California anti-gun laws. Those crap laws basically make it criminally negligent to shoot an AR because with heel’s up law still on the books, you have no pistol grip and cannot control the least bit of recoil. Defeats the purpose of a semi-automatic. If she becomes President, she’ll do like her boss, FJB, and try to make those same California laws into federal law by executive order, since Congress nixed them when they were pushed by Biden already.
