(Jul. 26, 2024) — As posted Tuesday by the “X” account @Kancel Kamala, on August 20, 2020, then-Alabama Democratic Party Chairman Christopher John England sent a “Certification” to then-Alabama Secretary of State John H. Merrill naming the party’s 2020 nominees for President and Vice President, respectively, as “Joseph R. Biden” and “Kamala D. Harris.”
The 18-page set of documents remains available at the Alabama Secretary of State’s website.
As part of the “certification” process, each nominee provided a signed and notarized “Consent to Nomination of the Democratic Party” and “affirmed” he or she was constitutionally qualified for the position sought on November 3, 2020 (pp. 8 and 9 below).

Correct. Nancy Pelosi removed the natural born Citizen wording from the certification forms. The media covered it up and anyone who challenged it was deemed a racist by the political pundits and media. On the other hand, McCain’s constitutional certification forms had the natural born Citizen wording.

Obama, with the help of John McCain in the 2008 election cycle made a deal with each other, with active approval of both major political parties, and their enablers in the major media and academia socialist influencers for both major political parties, is how the wall was unconstitutionally penetrated in 2008. Nancy sent that bogus certification to Hawaii with a few little changes. Yeah, because somehow she can make changes for the State of Hawaii. Then he should do it now, at the state level, as soon as she becomes the official nominee.
It is the State Secretaries who are in charge of the election process. These are the individuals who have the power to remove people from the ballots.
Remember when they tried to remove Trump from ballots?
Well, turnabout is fair play. Go after a handful of battleground states and sue to have Kamala removed as ineligible.
Don't wait until she's elected. Do it as soon as the convention wraps up.
(And, no, I'm not a birther. Doesn't mean I don't have a problem with a little bit of lawfare from our side.)

Or don't even go after a battle ground state. Find a friendly venue. Texas, maybe. Show up with the mountains of documentation that has been compiled sine 2009. Get Kamala removed from a single state ballot and you'd guarantee it'll get fast-tracked to SCOTUS.
Now, there's a pretty good chance that SCOTUS will rule 9-0 in favor for Kamala but at least the matter will have been settled.

No, I do not agree. His personal opinions means squat. Many Framers were of the personal opinions - and even wrote it to the Constitution that slaves should be counted as 3/5 of a person.
The Framers screwed the pooch on NBC.
