Striking another blow to a tumultuous independent candidacy, the Texas Democratic Party on Monday accused presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. of using faulty signatures to try and make the Texas ballot this fall.
First reported by the Dallas Morning News and confirmed in a statement to Chron, Texas Democratic Party chair Gilberto Hinojosa said that Kennedy did not qualify for the Texas ballot after attempting to "overwhelm the system with bad signatures," estimating that 70 percent of the candidate's petition signatures "failed miserably" to meet the basic criteria of the Texas election code. Hinojosa urged the Texas Secretary of State to reject the campaign's application to appear on the ballot next to Republican candidate Donald J. Trump and prospective Democratic nominee Kamala Harris.
“Seeking election as an independent candidate takes work in our state and we believe it is in the best interest of Democracy that people make it onto the ballot in legal and transparent ways," the statement read. "We are confident that the people of Texas share that value. Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s attempt to overwhelm the system with bad signatures is just another example of his campaign’s disregard for the rules."

I thought Demonrats didn’t check signatures. When did they start?
Which Democrats showed up to provide the fake signatures so that other Democrats could identify them as fake?
My experience is this the big parties disrupt third parties so will the Democrats own up to sabotaging RFK Jr’s effort?
Take special care, RFK Jr. If the Democrat establishment can’t get rid of you one way, they well might try another way.
I’d bet the Dems flooded the zone with signature collectors who create thousands of obviously fake signatures to sabotage the process. They’ve done it many times before; it’s a favorite trick of the Obamanistas.
I dunno.

The Democrats are “Defending Democracy” by eliminating candidates from ballots.
They did it to Trump until SCOTUS ended it all 9-0.

“Under section 599 of title 18 in the U.S. Legal Code, it’s illegal for a candidate to “directly or indirectly” promise a future job or position “for the purpose of procuring support in his candidacy.”
Probably a wise move on Trump’s part to stay away from this “deal”.
