Vice President Kamala Harris maintains a lower favorability rating than President Joe Biden, RealClearPolitics polling average found on Monday.
Harris’s favorability rating is one point less than Biden’s, fueling concerns that Harris might not be the best alternative to Biden atop the Democrat ticket.
Harris favorability average: 38.1 percent Biden’s favorability average: 39.1 percent Biden, however, holds a greater negative net favorability rating of -17.5 (39.1 -56.6 percent) than Harris, according to RealClearPolitics. The vice president holds a -14.2 percent net favorability rating (38.1 – 52.3).

The 2% Trump lead has been sticky all year.
It wasn’t a lead over Biden. It wasn’t a Democrat personality lead at all. It was a rejection of elitism, the Border policies and inflation.
It’s not tax and spend. Independents dominate the electorate and they don’t care about that because they have watched debt go up regardless of party.
Independents care about the Swamp — elitism.
It’s almost impossible to see a 4% Harris lead because Independents dominate and she has no new policies to move the needle.
But you WILL see an occasional Harris poll with a lead or 1 or 2%, because you see that right now with Biden.
They have to lead by nationally by 4% to edge the battlegrounds. They already have enormous Calif, NY and IL leads — and those get them to -2% vs Trump.
The only place to get votes is with Independents, and that will require her to stand up and reject all border policies she has orchestrated. Not going to happen.
There is, of course, one way to have a high probability of winning. Have the next attempt on Trump succeed.
The politicians are the symptom. The voters are the disease. They've been shaped by Marxist indoctrination since they were 5 years old, and most of them are unwilling or unable to analyze the policies of the Democrat party to see just how poisonous they are.
Most of the Democrat base are so mired in hatred of capitalism (like they even know what it is) and envious of the successful (I just graduated with a degree in ----Studies. I should immediately get a six figure salary for working a 5 hour day) that they never think that maybe it's their own attitudes and bone deep ignorance that are represented by who they vote for that cause their dissatisfaction.
Yes, the Dems are trying to select/shanghai their Kamikazi candidate for this election. If I were Harris’ people, I would agree to stand only if Biden were forced to resign early so she could actually be the first woman president, if only for a month or so. That way, when she loses, she still has fame and name recognition for a possible serious run in 2028.
Unless I am entirely misreading the outlook for her, I do not see how she overcomes the kind of visceral reaction she invokes in women. All women have worked for a woman like Kamala, and they see her arrogance, officiousness, and power hunger. And they don’t like it. They might vote “D” out of habit but I can’t see enthusiasm breaking out for her.
Meanwhile, I am absolutely delighted to see the unbridled optimism of libs for her on some of the fora I read.
She’s a rubber stamp and political mattress.
We're going to have to wait a few weeks to see where the polling really falls out now that she's Trump's actual opponent and it's no longer hypothetical. (There will be no contested primary. The DNC will be Kamala's coronation.)
And I think it's going to tighten up. I think she's going to poll higher than Biden did.

Michiganders for the most part cannot stand Biden, but the cheat was strong in 2020 using Detroit ghetto members.

Her favorability among the people who have worked for her is much lower. Very high turnover rate. She must be truly awful because those kind of jobs pay quite well.
