The problem is they will have to reprint the 20 million ballots all ready to be mailed in for Biden.

Thank you for referencing that article BlackFemaleArmyColonel. Please note that the following critique is directed at Mr. Johnson and not at you.

"“I mean, every state has their own election system. That’s our constitutional system,” said Mr. Johnson, Louisiana Republican."

FR: Never Accept the Premise of Your Opponent’s Argument

Mr. Johnson seems to be clueless (blatantly ignoring?) the following about state elections versus our constitutional system. The states, under the boots of corrupt political parties, have not been complying with constitutional rules for electoral votes and voter protections, evidenced by Article II, Section 1, Clause 2, the 12th Amendment and Section 2 of the 14th Amendment, which Pence and J6 Congress wrongly ignored in 2020 despite allegations of voting problems imo.

Note that regardless that neither the political parties or their state primaries are constitutionally defined, they are included in 2A by the catch-all "But when the right to vote at any election" wording imo.

So given that elite Democrats have now effectively thrown out ALL the primary votes of 2024 Biden supporters for long-ignored problems, today's action by desperate Democrats is arguably among the biggest violations (imo) of Section 2 that I've seen.

It was inevitable that goalposts-moving Democrats would violate the Constitution in a big way imo.

Since Congress has repeatedly proven that it is an enemy of the people imo, it is now up to Democratic and Republican Trump supporters to effectively "impeach and remove" ALL (exceptions?) state and federal lawmakers and executives in November. Patriots need to support hopeful Trump 47 with a new, Constitution-respecting Congress, new state lawmakers too, not only so that he will not be a lame duck president from the first day of his second term, but will support him to quickly finish draining the swamp.

“What do suggest he say or do?”

Acknowledge that pedo is illegitimate and stole the 2020 election and his VP is not eligible to succeed him.

Democrats in legal trouble. Yeah, right. Three years after the election they’ll be fined 10K.

“That’s our constitutional system”

Mr. Johnson. Were you not paying attention in 2020?

If he is going to open his mouth, he should know the facts. He’s shooting from the hip which can lead to egg on the face. Why didnt he have his staff research this issue

He was never the nominee so they wouldn’t be replacing him.

What would happen at a convention (republican or democrat) if the nominee didn’t accept the nomination?

I believe DeWine got the Ohio legislature to change their date to allow the presumed candidate Biden time to be nominated.

Johnson is not being weak about this. He’s simply throwing out an idea. He’s the Speaker of the US House, and has no power to do anything at the state level.

Yep, Johnson is just another weak, equivocating Republican. The Dems pay no attention to him.
