House Speaker Mike Johnson said Sunday he could foresee “legal hurdles” in some states if President Biden is replaced as the Democratic nominee.

He told CNN’s Jake Tapper on “State of the Union” that Democrats will have “real problems” if Mr. Biden is pushed to be replaced.

“I mean, every state has their own election system. That’s our constitutional system,” said Mr. Johnson, Louisiana Republican. “That’s the way it’s done. And in some of these states, it’s a real hurdle. They have a real problem of replacing the nominee on the top of the ticket.”

Democrats don’t care about legal troubles or the law.

We should know that by now.

I’m sure they have some kind of devious plan. They’ve been war gaming it for three weeks now, they’ve come up with some scheme to work around any legal issues.

Johnson must not notice that "LAWS DON'T APPLY TO DEMOCRATS"!

“”I mean, every state has their own election system””

Every state has their own democRAT election system.

And that RAT system can “be” whatever they want it to be. Yesterday, today, tomorrow, there is no difference. Just like 1984, they will backdate documents to reflect the “new” reality.

There are no rules, regulations or laws that apply to democRATS. Those laws are for ‘others.’

They called Mike’s bluff.

Democrats will always call bluffs.

Republicans never learn.

I don’t think a party that got away with one of its top members leaving a woman to drown after driving off a bridge is worried about this.

What do suggest he say or do? He is correct in saying elections are according to state laws and the democrats will have a problem changing the ticket in some states.

Since the Democrats have not had their convention, I don’t expect them to have too many problems with ballot access. Johnson is useless, as usual.

I sure hope so.

After what our candidate has been through.

It’s only fair, after all.

"'I mean, every state has their own election system. That’s our constitutional system,' said Mr. Johnson,"

The democrat election victory plan has changed from, keep collecting ballots till you win, to keep swapping candidates till you can collect enough ballots to win.

Johnson can’t do anything. State election laws will govern the process on a state-by-state basis.

It's absurd.

You don't vote for presidents in primaries, you vote for convention delegates.

Biden officially bequeathed his to Harris.
