So the Newspaper of Record continues the Democratic Party’s policy of being led by actors and related Hollywood geniuses. What in the world qualifies these people to lead the most powerful and important country in the world? And what makes the Times think Aaron Sorkin’s opinion matters?
I predicted this two weeks ago.

What was it we got with 45?
A dangerous imbecile or four years of peace?
An observable psychiatric disorder or beneficial common sense policies?
Fourth-grade conversations or improved relations with every country?
Lawless executive actions or consistentcy with the Constitution?
Romney, for all his faults, is not this dumb. He has expressed no interest and taken no action to run for President this year. He is not in the running and is not going to get forced into it.
Whatever Sorkin and the NYT are on, they need to cut back a bit.
Stupid idea, the Democrats were subjected to Smear Machine attacking Romney (not that he didn’t deserve it), so there will be far too many turned off by him.

Despite what we may believe about Mitt Romney, remember when he was running how they said how evil he was.
My guess is that this is a major con in order to prolong the delay and put in Moochelle (who will claim to be surprised and reluctant to accept the nod, but okay) and without any of that bothersome democracy thingie from the Dem voters .

I think if their attempt to take out Trump and remove Biden simultaneously had succeeded, they may have installed Romney as well as Gavin Newsome for the Dems. This isn’t simply the Dems. RINO establishment has their DNA at the scene of the crimes.
The Democratics can nominate a Republican or Mitt Romney, but they have to choose.
