Israel has complete control of all food, medicine, construction material, technology, etc…that enters or leaves Gaza. They are not directly controlling the day to day operations inside the territory but they make sure that Hamas is funded. They propped up Hamas upon their exit and interceded FOR Hamas when Quatar was going to cut off funding.

By Israel’s own numbers that is 15k innocent women and children dead with US funded bombs. That number is of course very low and has since grown significantly since then.

We can’t fact check them in real time. We need to research and find source materials from 70 years ago, etc… Then on top of that, if you say the wrong thing or have the wrong opinion, your research is cancelled and you may even have legal consequences.

Under the terms of the 17th Amendment, the governor of the state fills a Senate vacancy. Some states have rules about party affiliation (WA, WY). Some states require the legislature to schedule a special election to fill the vacancy (MA).
House vacancies can only be filled by election. We're late enough in the cycle that the Governor of Texas will not schedule a special election. Her seat will be filled in November's general election.
