Voters in Arizona who register with the state and do not provide proof of citizenship will be rejected.
"This is a victory for election integrity in Arizona. Only U.S. citizens should be allowed to vote in our elections. It sounds like common sense, but the radical left elected officials in our state continue to reject this notion, disrespecting the voices of our lawful Arizona voters. My glass is half full.
3/11ths full.
Fortunately, the full panel will not have the final word, if they decide to make another stupid ruling. SCOTUS is unlikely to let such a ruling stand.
My thoughts exactly! We need to totally wipe out the voter registration roles and everyone has to reregister and show proof of citizenship. For this election, they have to bring a birth certificate or naturalization papers.
I like that!
What will be rejected? They themselves? Their ballot at the ballot box? The ability to register to vote at all?
Does one need to provide a birth certificate when registering to vote in Arizona now? How does a citizen prove he’s a citizen in America today? This has never come up except in very limited cases.
I see what you did there.
Yes I remember. As I told that Freeper that trashed Kari Lake as not being a fighter, I said the legal system was rigged against her, and after bring several suits that should have ruled in her favor were not. After a while one needs to realize that the judicial system is broken. In Arizona the Cartel are in control.
Wouldn’t this impact California too as the state falls within the 9th Circus?
