Voters in Arizona who register with the state and do not provide proof of citizenship will be rejected.
"This is a victory for election integrity in Arizona. Only U.S. citizens should be allowed to vote in our elections. It sounds like common sense, but the radical left elected officials in our state continue to reject this notion, disrespecting the voices of our lawful Arizona voters. We are grateful the court is upholding this provision in our law, and it's time for Congress to take action to ensure only lawful U.S. citizens are voting in federal races."

The word “allows” worries me. If a pollwatcher saw them NOT checking, then can they be forced to vote a provisional ballot, I wonder. Hope this goes to Lara Trump’s lawyer squad.
Bridget S. Bade [Trump judge], Kenneth K. Lee[Trump judge] and Danielle J. Forrest [Trump judge] overrule the Clinton stooge from the District of Arizona, Susan R. Bolton [Clintoon joodge].
This basic, simple, common sense law got into court? That itself is not good sign for our country. This time, citizens only. They will try it next time. Sooner or later they will get it
They have 2 weeks to request an En Banc rehearing, which for the 9th circuit usually means this decision will be reversed and may head to SCOTUS eventually.
So what, they will still count them, at least as many as they need. No on e will have standing to contest them, even if they did get standing the machine in AZ will handle it.
Arizona? WOW!
Are we allowed to know what the other 7 states are or is that racist?
Praise God! I get the feeling that God’s hand is moving mightily for His people, answering prayers all over the place. Prayer does change things.
Anybody registering for an AZ state driver's license has the opportunity to register to vote on the application. No one at MVD is required to verify citizenship, just residence in the state.
Arizona requires voters to present identification when voting in person. Here are the specific details:
Photo Identification: Voters must show a photo ID, such as a:
Arizona driver’s license
Arizona ID card
U.S. government-issued ID
Non-Photo Identification: Alternatively, voters can present two forms of non-photo identification, such as:
Utility bills
Bank statements
Valid Arizona vehicle registration documents containing the voter’s name and address
If a voter does not have acceptable identification, they can still cast a provisional ballot. Election officials will verify the voter’s eligibility before counting the ballot.
It’s worth noting that Arizona does not require ID for mail-in voting. That's where the real problem comes from.
That's where large numbers of voters make the difference.
Thankfully not as overstuffed with commies as it was pre-Trump. Donald made a large dent there.
Hallelujah!!
It helps - but Adrian Fontes, Stephen Richer, and Runbeck Election Services are all still in place - and still in control of Arizona elections.
The only problem is that it falls to Arizona McCain/Ducey type repubs and democrats to enforce it.
A hollow victory.
Now the task of purging the voter rolls of all the illegals…
When I registered to vote in AZ in 2016 I had to show my passport.
I wonder who we had to pay off.
