MOSCOW (Sputnik) - Former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has urged US President Joe Biden to make a decision to give up his bid for reelection, the Politico website reported, citing sources.
Media previously reported that US Democratic House representatives are hoping that Pelosi will convince US President Joe Biden to withdraw as the Democratic presidential nominee.
Pelosi reportedly talked with Biden last week, saying that some Democrat lawmakers will only become louder in their complaints about the president's alleged political weakness, according to Politico. The former speaker also asked Biden to make a decision about stepping down in the near future.
Per one of Pelosi's allies, she could potentially go public with the demands for Biden to resign his candidacy. While she does not wish to call on Biden to resign, Pelosi will do everything she can to make this happen, this person said.
On June 27, Biden, 81, appeared confused and incoherent throughout his first debate with Trump, 78, reinforcing rather than alleviating ongoing concerns about his cognitive abilities. His poor performance has led some Democratic politicians and donors to call for his removal as a candidate.

A week ago I’d have said Joe would never quit. Now, I am almost certain he will.
But, the food fight that will ensue will be epic. Especially when they try to skip over Kamala.

The problem here is that self-serving Joe has tons of campaign money
socked away in numerous offshore accounts thanks to Hunter Biden.
But downticket Dems are hurting b/c their campaign funds and sources
are dwindling from donors being duped about Biden’s acute mental state.
At a $2500-a-plate Hollywood fund-raiser, actor George Clooney praised Biden calling him “a star” yet Clooney openly revealed later (in a NYT op-ed) that the Joe Biden at the fund-raiser was not the Joe Biden of 2020. “He was the same Biden we all witnessed at the disastrous debate.”
Millions also saw Obama lead an obeisant Biden by the hand to get him offstage.
Which means the Clooney funder duped donors, and used fraudulent means, and lies, to raise money......aided and abetted by the Biden team.

I suspect that Biden has already agreed to drop out of the 2024 race, but the insiders are still pushing Biden to resign immediately.
Biden’s delegates will go to the victor...They’re figuring out how to get “their” candidate on the ballot. Everything is behind doors...and when they’re decided...Biden will resign...if God doesn’t decide first. I wish him no ill...he’s old and sick and has dementia. He has no business being President.

How do they bypass Kamala Harris, considering that she’s a woman, and she’s a so called woman of color, and the Democrats are so big on the identity politics.
The GOP is making a big mistake focusing solely on Biden during this convention. They need to speak, in prime time, about the ENTIRE Democrat establishment being about power for power sake.
They will toss Biden overboard and the new candidate will campaign as if Biden never existed and neither did the last three years. It will be the second coming. The slate will be wiped clean.
It has to be said loud and clear, the democrats knew full well what Biden was. They knew his problems. They were willing to keep him as a puppet when they thought lawfare was the ticket. They only decided to dump him when they thought he might lose.
