A U.S. Secret Service official said a Pennsylvania police SWAT team was in another building than the one whose roof was used Saturday by Thomas Crooks to shoot at former President Donald Trump. The new account contradicts a prior claim by Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle that Crooks was on top of the building containing the SWAT team near Trump's campaign rally in Butler. The disclosure follows news that the Secret Service had increased security for Trump after being told of a plot by Iran to kill him. A U.S. Secret Service official on Wednesday said that a local Pennsylvania police SWAT team was actually in another building than the one whose roof was used by a would-be assassin to shoot at former President Donald Trump on Saturday.
The Secret Service official's new account contradicts a prior claim by Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle that the 20-year-old gunman, Thomas Crooks, was on top of the building containing the SWAT team near Trump's campaign rally in the town of Butler.
The contradiction is certain to increase already sharp questions about whether the Secret Service acted appropriately in arranging security for the rally, which ended when Crooks fatally shot one attendee and wounded two others as he narrowly missed killing the Republican presidential nominee Trump.
The disclosure comes a day after news that the Secret Service before Saturday's shooting boosted security for Trump when it was told of a plot to kill him by Iran's government.

What the heck?
So the local SWAT team was in a different building, right next to the actual shooting building?
That means nothing.
And the claim about boosting the SS team numbers was BS too. If there were more SS then one of them would have been on top one of these buildings.
We are unlikely to get the truth on this. Too many people in self-protection mode.
The “too steep “ comment makes me believe that the Cheeto Security Lady must not have a man in her life ir a man on her staff. Any guy would have advised her to yank the “too steep” as it is utter BS and confirms that she is full of it.
It's beginning to look like the reason it was so hard to believe the story about three police counter sniper teams inside the building the shooter used is because it's not true.
The story coming out is that the security plan for the event called for a number of local police counter sniper teams to be on that roof and possibly a few other obvious locations like the water tower.
Those local police teams never showed up for some reason as yet unknown.
So the Secret Service people just lied and said that the security teams called for in the site plan were inside the building which makes total sense.
What did not not make sense was that there were police inside the building. There were no police openly posted and for these events visible over watch snipers are considered an important deterrent factor.
There were no open windows for police teams hidden inside the building to shoot through.
And what police SWAT team would sit by and allow a potential assassin to scale a wall with a back pack. The whole story made no sense.
The story that the police team never showed makes sense.
At this point the only thing we can be certain of something went very wrong and we are being gas lighted and lied to to such a degree that we can believe nothing we hear from the Biden Administration.
It's obvious that something went very wrong.
Now, the big question is what went wrong
From the Biden Admin perspective, was the failure that the SS was not able to protect President Trump.
Or was the failure that President Trump miraculously survived the attempt on his life.
Get these people before Congress and under oath.

Yeah, this is part of the deep state tactic of “muddying the waters” with so many stories that it becomes impossible to discover the whole truth. The Feds are feeding us lie upon lie with the hope the people will give up the search for the truth, and it will be difficult to hold anyone responsible.

And that’s why they keep changing the story.
we are in a different time and space. I am not sure their old tactics are going to work as well as in the past.
