Don’t get hung up on the ladder, there was also roof access on the rear of the building by climbing on top of an AC unit.
There should of been a ladder next to the building: FOR SS/LE to get up there where their asses should have been in the first place.
Looking at the parking lot side of that building and the AC unit access to the roof, I don’t understand why LE didn’t sneak up on him from behind rather than hoist each other up (or use a ladder, depending on which story you go by) in a way that the cop couldn’t use a gun.
Yeah why didn’t LE go to where people pointing at him where and point their guns at him from there?
My belief is they just didn’t believe what was happening, and thought it was some kid up there with a telescope. Only explanation for LE actions, unless they thought the shooter was at a different location on the roof from where they boosted up, and the shooter was closer and heard and pointed in the LE’s direction, so he let go of the roof.

One thing is if Comer and co can get Cheatle in to testify today, before Mayorkas and her can completely nail down the story, we may get somewhere. Cheatle can not possibly be as accomplished a lier as Mayorkas.
There was supposed to be a SS? FBI? briefing for Comer’s committee yesterday but I don’t believe it ever happened because DHS wouldn’t get back to them as to when.

He bought a 5 foot ladder, up until now i did not think he used it, and I believed he gained roof access by climbing on ac unit on the back side of the building. Now the image in this post seems to point to him using his 5 foot ladder on the front side of the adjacent building:

This looks like it could be the legit way he got up there. I also see in that image that the AC unit on the backside may not be a good way to get up since it there is some good space between it and the connecting corridor.
SS definitely SHOULD have done that, but apparently did not. Shameful, and they are rightfully ashamed.
So, next, they try to make excuses. Excuses aren't cutting it.

I guess we know Comer's first question of Cheatle.
That is because he is ignoring the communications issue.
There is no innocent explanation for the SS on stage not being notified early enough to get President Trump off that stage.
They had at least two minutes to do that.
They had to have called it in to their comms.
The message was quashed before it got to the SS on stage.
That is proof of the conspiracy.
Bongino is working way too hard to avoid looking at it.
Would a 20-year-old bullied outcast high school graduate have the wherewithal to sabotage the encrypted communications systems of the United States Secret Service, even if he won some high school math and science awards?
