CNN’s Van Jones calls Black model’s speech at RNC ‘most dangerous’ for Democrats

CNN senior political commentator Van Jones warned that TV personality and model Amber Rose’s address to the Republican National Convention in support of former President Trump was the "most dangerous speech" for the Democratic Party.

The pundit expressed trepidation over the fact that Rose, a person of color with mainstream fame, spoke at the RNC, noting that she’s appealing to people in liberal circles who may be frustrated with Democratic policies.

"That was probably the most dangerous speech for the Democratic coalition," Jones said about Rose’s speech while covering the first night of the convention in Milwaukee.......

"I realize Donald Trump and his supporters don’t care if you’re Black, White, gay or straight, it’s all love. And that’s when it hit me, these are my people. This is where I belong," she said in her speech.

Jones remarked, "That is a young woman of color. She’s describing the experience a lot of people have, feeling that maybe if you’re around too many liberals you might get criticized too much, or you might not be able to speak your mind. And she spoke to it really well."

Well, for that matter, neither is Barack or Kamala.

I used to work with a relatively-dark-skinned Indian guy, who, while he didn't identify as "black," was nonetheless accepted as a genuine brother by all our truly-black cohorts.

In order to remain viable, the Republican Party has to appeal to people who are going to look quite different than the people who built the party long ago. That's just an acknowledgment of modern demographics, and cultural changes. The tricky thing, though, is maintaining the values and ideals that make the party attractive to conservatives, who are the heart of the party.

The messages of fiscal responsibility, strong foreign policy that does not try to manage the affairs of other countries, respect for life, borders that are secure and an immigration policy that filters out dangerous people, and an aggressive approach to reducing crime are the elements that will make America great for people of all types.

All indications are it IS happening. Blacks, Hispanics, Unions, legal immigrants -- all of them are waking up. Trump just needs to peel off 15% to 20% of them to have an all-time landslide.

The fragile ultra-woke Democrat coalition of 173 different grievance groups held together by nothing more than their different grievances is hopefully falling apart. All 173 of those groups want nothing more than to get one rung up on the grievance ladder to get a bigger share of the spoils. The always bring to mind the zombies in "World War Z" climbing all over each other to get up the wall.

If you have a sun tan, the blacks "claim" you as a bro or sista.

My cousin married a black guy in the 70's and they have three beautiful girls and two handsome sons and while they call me Uncle, I know the think of themselves as black.

At most they are 50/50 but in today's world, being a brother or sista is a badge of honor and privilege.
